The Erie 1 BOCES Health, Safety and Risk Management Service provides component school districts with the necessary information to develop an understanding of various local, state and federal rules, regulations and laws. This is accomplished through newsletters, workshops, and seminars, as well as technical assistance from an in-district health and safety professional.  Technical assistance can be defined as written plan formats, required staff training (ex. RTK & BBP, Asbestos Awareness) and various consultations pertaining to the above-mentioned rules, regulations and laws.
