User Name: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DISTRICT GMAIL ACCOUNT, please enter the first part of your personal e-mail address before the "@" sign (e.g. jsmith for jsmith@gmail.com).
Password: enter the last 4 digits of your social security number.
